I told her that I didn't want to look at a lot of houses, and I gave her what I wanted, and after a few times of going out, we found the perfect place for me. She negotiated the price, and any other incidentals for me brilliantly, and knew her way around the real estate lingo, with such precision. She recommended the perfect real estate attorney, who worked just as diligently, and helped to overcome whatever little paperwork details that arose. She was familiar with the inspector who did the house inspection, and went over the details with me once the report was released. Most importantly, she was always available for a conversation, whether it was through phone or text, to answer any questions I had, and would come out with me to look at different things at the house, even though she lived over an hour away. I highly recommend Laura, because she is a "Real Estate Pro", and has everything it takes to be the top agent that she is. I have been sharing her name and number with others in my life who needed assistance in finding their perfect home.
